Holiday at The Acre is looking for Phoenix-connected musicians, visual artists, makers, and creatives to help shape the experience of the event.
This is more than a traditional vendor application. Selected artists may be invited to contribute creatively to different parts of the activation, including VIP lounge design, entry installations, interactive art, murals, merchandise design, stage visuals, holiday displays, photo moments, and other site-specific creative elements. Musicians may also be considered for live performances, DJ sets, and programmed entertainment throughout the event.
As part of the application, we’d love to learn about your connection to the Phoenix community, why you want to be part of Holiday at The Acre, and which event weekends you are available for.
Depending on the collaboration, selected participants may receive promotional exposure through event marketing, social media, on-site recognition, and/or a complimentary vendor booth or selling opportunity in exchange for their creative contribution.
Potential opportunities may include:
Live music, DJ sets, or stage performances
Entryway art and welcome installations
Murals and site-specific art
VIP lounge creative direction or décor
Interactive art experiences
Holiday photo installations
Merchandise or limited-edition product design
Stage backdrops and visual elements
Creative workshop programming
Vendor booth opportunities to sell artwork or products
We’re especially interested in artists and musicians who feel connected to Phoenix and want to help create something that feels rooted in the city, not like a generic holiday event.
If you’re a musician, visual artist, designer, muralist, maker, or creative with an idea, we’d love to hear from you.
